| Murano in for warranty work. After botching the job so badly I had to involve NNA and get a dealer techincal specialist to work with me and a different dealer to get the problem fixed. Since the original dealer had all of my contact information I magically got put on their phone spam list and about every other month I kept getting recorded phone messages from the idiot service manager telling me about service specials. Each time I would call and ask to speak with the SM (he was never around and I always got his voicemail) to request that my number be removed from their call list. No results. I called the general manager next and left him a message insisting that the calls stop. Still the calls would come in. I gave one last attempt at calling the SM and refused to take his voicemail. He claimed that he has removed my number after each time I requested it be removed - but after this last discussion with him the calls have finally stopped. Too bad such decent products are let down by shabby dealerships. Dave
